This module offers the possibility to setup the institutions master data which will be used by the different users to avoid duplicate entries and maintain unique and accurate data among all logins. For example Course, Branch, Semester, Section, Admission Types etc.
Here we can Manage Student personal, family, educational and communication details including photo/signature and AICTE information, other qualifications as well. We can display student information for parents/management/faculty with single click from here.
This module offers systematic way for defining and collecting various fees (Course fees, miscellaneous fees etc.) in institution. Here we are offering both online and offline fee collection methods. Other features are fee receipts handling, user wise/fee head wise/date wise fee collection reports, student fee cards, fee due alerts through SMS, importing old fee dues.
This module deals with the syllabus planning and creating Class time tables. Here we can do Regulation/Lab Batches/subjects (including electives) mapping to students and subject faculty allotment which can be useful in maintaining an accurate class time table. We can capture the student daily attendance for scheduled and non-scheduled hours. Other features are Event attendance entry, Subject wise/Month wise attendance registers etc.
Generally faculty performance is evaluated from student point of view through a questionnaire set by the management. Feedback result will be given in respective logins. Here the student identity will be confidential.

Student entire academic history can be maintained here and feedback will be given to parents semester wise/subject wise. Here marks can be uploaded by the corresponding subject faculty from their logins. We can also setup exam time tables and do Regular/Supply/Revaluation fee collections, importing old marks.
This module handles the various certificate requests from students and processes the issues by checking college fee/hostel/transport/library fee dues. Here we can also setup challan amount for duplicate issues and can maintain the record of certificates issued for each student.

The main aim of the module is to deal with payroll, leave management. Teaching faculty can have a login which offers attendance, marks posting, lesson plan handling and feedback analysis reports.
The purpose of the module is to manage data of library sources like Books, Journals, New Papers, CD’s or other databases etc. Here we can maintain the record of those items purchases, circulations and other details about publishers, vendors, authors etc. Here we can also setup fine for late returns or withdrawals. Other features are Stock verification, fine collection reports, easy searching of books or journals, barcode technology, providing their transaction status in student/faculty logins
This module offers a platform to bring both students & companies together and make them aware of student abilities, recruitment process and other details throughout the selection process. Here we can handle both student profiles/resumes and company profiles with their recruitment criteria, job profile and other terms & conditions. The main features are SMS alerts for students about recruitment events, shortlisted candidates, company wise/ student wise placed students list etc.
The purpose of the module is to enable the user to print College/Bus/Mess ID cards for Students/Staff in user defined template formats with single click. Here we can also setup fee for duplicate issues and can maintain the record of those fee collections.

Campus Management System provides Role based access which allows users to be assigned to groups that are in turn assigned particular capabilities module wise. The main category of roles in our system are Administrator, Principal/Chairman, HOD/Branch User, Student/Parent, Faculty, Hostel Admin, Transport Admin, Examinations in charge, Librarian, Placement Officer, Accountants.
